Seeking for an alternative to Canon or Nikon’s 24mm wide angle lenses? Sigma might have what you’re looking for.
With the well-reviewed 35mm F1.4 and 50mm F1.4 lenses, Sigma has been on a bit of a roll with their ART line of lenses, providing excellent image and build quality at a fairly reasonable price. At an announced $849 (US) MSRP, the new Sigma 24mm is roughly half the price of its Canon and Nikon counterparts.
