Tip #1: Stability is crucial for low-light photography. For this shot, I actually didn’t use a tripod, although I usually recommend it! A tripod prevents camera shake during longer exposures, ensuring sharp images. Increasing the exposure time to capture more light and details in low-light conditions.

Tip #2: Using a wider focal length helps create the illusion of scale. Using a subject can dramatically enhance the viewer's understanding of the size, space, and depth of the location or scene being photographed.

Tip #3: Getting up close and personal to your subject while using a wide angle focal length gives an exaggerated perspective and depth to your image. This stretching effect makes the space between objects look more pronounced, thereby enhancing the sense of depth.

Tip #4: One of the best qualities about the telephoto lens is that I can zoom into far away subjects and still sharply capture the details, like majestic mountain peaks. Due to their magnification and ability to focus tightly on distant subjects, telephoto lenses can capture intricate details that might be lost with wider lenses.

Tip #5: Placing your subject in front of solid colors helps them to stand out from the frame. A solid color background is inherently simple and free of clutter.
