Products can be exchanged within 14 days or returned within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Products being returned or exchanged are subject to inspection and must be in new condition with all original packaging and contents present. Products that are missing contents and/or have signs of use will be charged a restocking fee of 5% or more. We reserve the right to refuse returns and exchanges for damaged or unsalable products.
Consumables are not returnable. We do not accept returns or exchanges for batteries, battery chargers, media, paper, lighting equipment, and software.
Products marked as a Specialty Item, Final Sale, Clearance, or Special Order are not eligible for return or exchange. These products are final sale.
We do our utmost to ensure product images, descriptions, and prices are accurate. Should there be any accidental error(s) on the website, we cannot be held accountable and will not accept any payments or orders due to the error(s). We will notify you of the error and ask how you would like to proceed. If we do not receive a response within 2 business days, the pre-authorized payment will be cancelled.
